Positive: Very modern and clean rooms and facilities. Good HVAC and WiFi. Great hosts! Communications and responses were very prompt.

Negative: We didn’t have hot water due to prior guests having turned off the hot water heater. Make sure that upon arrival, that the hot water heater switch is on in the bathroom on the first floor.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable apartment in Castrofilippo for a short or long stay.

Positive: A beautiful bed and breakfast in an excellent location. Very clean and spacious. With the most accommodating hosts. Ilaria and Salvatore went way beyond in providing me an memorable experience in Castrofillippo. They picked me up from the bus stop on arrival in pouring rain brought me grocery shopping, provided the information and directions I needed to get around. Ilaria also baked a beautiful lemon and orange cake that was delicious. They also drive me to catch my bus on departure again in the rain. They are exemplary hosts.

Positive: This was a very late and impromptu booking where the host was very responsive and supportive of our schedule. The apartment was exactly as it was advertised. It was very clean with great breakfast provision and great utilities and equipment. The views of the surrounding area were spectacular with the upper balcony being a bonus. The host met us at check in and provided a thorough review of the apartment and all the amenities. They provided extremely good information on the local restaraunts and made a great recommendation which was important in a small Italian hill village.

Negative: No issues come to mind.

Summary: At late impromtu stay at a clean well presented and supported apartment in a small Sicilian village.

Positive: Nice and spacious, very clean and great hospitality by the hosts.

Negative: It was cold when we arrived. The electricity went off several times when we had 3 aircons on, had to turn one off.

Summary: All in all great hospitality, good location and nice hosts, but a bit cold.

Positive: The owner of the apartment kindly came to pick us up when we got a little lost. It was very nice and valuable. We really liked our room and balcony, and also the presence of a washing machine. The owner took care of restaurant recommendations for us, we arrived in the evening and all the decent restaurants were reserved, he called a few and we ended up having dinner at a very nice restaurant. I don’t know whether to classify the ringing of church bells as a plus or a minus. It probably depends on my mood. but better stock up on earplugs. The sunrise from the balcony was magnificent. You can drink coffee and watch a small Sicilian town wake up.

Negative: We were surprised that the shower was located on the 1st floor, and the room on the 3rd. There was also a bathtub next to the room, but the girl from the next room used it and we went downstairs to wash. For one night it's ok, and it's good that there were few guests. The room had a toilet and a sink, that's good.

Positive: The property is located in the heart of a small town, it’s renovated and nicely designed. Very specious, and large. The bathroom was large, and has everything we needed, also the kitchen. The hosts put some local fruits in the refrigerator for us ( besides of the breakfast) There is a cute balcony from the room, and you can see the bell, of the church. The bell didn’t bother us , since it didn’t ring during the sleeping hours. And above all: The place is sooo clean!! And the hosts Ilaria and Salvaturo, were so welcoming and helpful! They helped us to find a place to eat, and introduce to the town and surrounding
